Import a selected current Calendar event

Check the source event first. Two active marks are free. Calendar permission and the remaining allowance can affect what you can select.

  1. Open Daymark Settings and choose Import dates, then Calendar.
  2. Allow the requested Calendar access through the system prompt if you want to import.
  3. Choose the event in Import Calendar Events.
  4. Review Keep imported events linked before continuing.
  5. Select and import the intended event, not a duplicate of an existing mark.
  6. Open the mark and compare its date, time, zone and end date with Calendar.

Check again after the source changes

A calendar event can be moved by its organizer. Keep imported events linked refreshes the title, date, location and booking link from Calendar. An import without that option is separate. Review the saved countdown after an updated invitation rather than creating a duplicate.

If the imported date differs

Avoid importing a duplicate to test whether the first import worked. Record the source calendar and affected date if something differs. Do not send private invitation contents to support unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.

Decide whether the imported event stays linked

Keep imported events linked is an actual option. With linking enabled, Daymark refreshes the title, date, location and booking link from Calendar. A nonlinked import is a separate mark. Recheck the saved result after a significant organizer change.
