PRIVACY POLICY
Daymark privacy policy.
Effective October 2, 2026. This policy covers Daymark and this website.
Your countdowns.
Titles, dates, photos, notes, planning items and settings stay on your devices. When available, Apple syncs them through your private iCloud database. The developer has no server that receives your countdowns. Daymark uses local copies for widgets, notifications, Spotlight and App Intents. The Apple Watch receives a no-photo snapshot for its countdowns.
Photos, Contacts, Calendar and notification permissions support the actions you choose. Daymark imports only the birthdays or events you select. Change permissions in device Settings. Local preferences record first launch, countdown engagement days and review-request attempts to decide when to ask for an App Store review.
Purchases and diagnostics.
Apple handles payments. Daymark receives purchase and entitlement information to provide Unlimited and restore purchases. The developer does not receive payment-card details. Daymark has no advertising, behavioral analytics or cross-app tracking. It keeps up to ten MetricKit diagnostic reports locally and does not upload them automatically. Apple can provide diagnostics under your device analytics choices.
Sharing, support and this website.
A shared event card contains its title, date, countdown and any photo you include. The app you choose to send it handles delivery under its own privacy policy. If you email the developer, he receives your address, message and attachments to answer your request. Only send private event details when they are needed.
This website has no advertising or behavioral analytics. Date tools run in your browser. A hosting provider can process technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Apple and email services process information under their own privacy terms. Contact the developer for details about information he holds or transfers.
Purpose and retention.
Where data protection law applies, the relevant legal basis may be performance of our contract for app features and purchase access, consent for optional permissions, or legitimate interests in answering support requests and protecting the service. Legal obligations apply when required. Countdown content remains until you delete it. Support and feedback correspondence is retained only as needed to answer requests, resolve problems or meet legal obligations.
Delete or export your data.
Export or delete countdowns in Daymark. Delete all data in Settings removes local content, reminders, snapshots and diagnostic reports, and schedules deletion through private iCloud when available. Widget snapshots and Apple system representations can remain briefly until they refresh. Deleting the app from one device does not necessarily remove iCloud copies or cancel a subscription. The developer cannot directly delete countdowns he does not hold.
Your rights and changes.
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of personal information the developer holds. Withdraw permission consent in device Settings. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact daymark@humenhuk.com. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local privacy regulator.
Daymark is a general-audience utility. The developer does not knowingly collect children's information for marketing. Material policy changes will be dated here and explained when required.
