THE FASTEST ROUTE

Send the details that locate the problem.

  1. What you expected, and what happened instead.
  2. Your iPhone or Watch model and software version.
  3. The Daymark version shown in Daymark Settings › About & Legal.
  4. Which surface was affected: app, widget, Lock Screen, Live Activity or Watch.
  5. For timing issues, whether the mark is date-only or timed and its selected zone.

SELF-CHECKS

Six common fixes.

A countdown looks wrong

Open the mark and confirm whether it has a time, which time zone it uses, and whether it is counting calendar days or live time. Daymark keeps date-only events separate from timed events so travel and daylight-saving changes do not quietly change their meaning.

A reminder did not arrive

In Daymark, open the mark and confirm the reminder is still selected. Then check Settings › Notifications › Daymark and make sure notifications are allowed. Focus modes, Scheduled Summary and a powered-off device can delay delivery. Daymark is not an alarm or safety system.

A widget is stale

Open Daymark once, then return to the Home Screen. If the value still differs, remove and add the widget again. Include the widget family and both displayed values in your support message, but do not send a private title unless it is needed.

Watch is not updating

Keep iPhone and Watch nearby, open Daymark on both devices, and confirm Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are available. A complication can refresh less often than the app itself; opening the Watch app asks for the latest snapshot.

iCloud is not updating

Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled for Daymark, then open the app on each signed-in device. A status of iCloud enabled confirms the private store is available; large photos and first-time sync can still take a little longer to appear.

A purchase is missing

Open Daymark Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. If access is still missing, include the product name and approximate purchase date, but never send payment-card details.

DATA AND ACCESS

Your marks remain yours.

Personal countdowns work without a Daymark account. You can export them from Settings, archive or delete individual marks, or use Delete all data to remove Daymark content, local reminders, snapshots, Spotlight entries, Live Activities and local diagnostic reports. When iCloud is available, deletion changes sync to your private database. Widget and other system representations can remain briefly until iOS refreshes them. Deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription or itself erase data already held in your private iCloud database.
