Using Daymark.

Use Daymark lawfully and only add content you have the right to use. You keep ownership of your countdown content. The app and website belong to the developer or their licensors. Apple's Standard EULA governs the app license. Apple's App Store rules also apply.

Free countdowns and Unlimited.

Two active countdowns include every feature. Daymark Unlimited removes the active-countdown limit through a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple's purchase screen shows the current price and terms. Apple handles payment, cancellations and refunds under its rules and applicable law.

The yearly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Use Restore purchases in Daymark for an existing purchase.

Dates and availability.

Check important dates and times with their original source. Device settings, system refreshes and Apple services can affect countdown displays, reminders and sync. Keep separate records of essential plans. Features and availability can change as Daymark and Apple platforms change. Material changes will be dated here and will respect rights you have already paid for.

Your rights.

Daymark is provided as available, subject to Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights. Israeli law applies, with the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights where you live. You can stop using Daymark at any time. Its privacy policy explains deletion and data handling. Questions can be sent to daymark@humenhuk.com.
