Choose the source and the dates worth keeping

Open Import dates in Settings. Choose Calendar or Birthdays, grant the requested system access if you want to proceed, and select the entries you need. Two active marks are free. An empty or incorrect contact birthday needs correction in the source record.

Calendar linking is a choice

Keep imported events linked refreshes the selected mark's title, date, location and booking link from Calendar. A nonlinked import is a separate record. Review the full saved target and reminders after important organizer changes. Do not assume every imported item is permanently connected.

Check the imported details

Review the title, date, time and time zone. Calendar entries can contain an all-day date or an exact moment. A birthday is usually a calendar date. A flight or concert may need the original event's time zone.
