Use only the information you need

A reservation link and a short note are often enough for a trip plan. Do not store passwords or full card details in a countdown. When sending a support screenshot, crop out private titles, photos and booking references.

Choose permissions for the features you use

Photos use Apple's picker. Contacts and Calendar access support the import actions you choose. A shared card goes through the destination app's own privacy rules. Read the basic privacy page for the storage, diagnostic and support-email boundaries.

Private storage does not hide a visible screen

Your content stays on your devices with private iCloud backup and sync when available. A widget, notification or screenshot can still reveal a title to someone nearby. Use neutral titles for sensitive occasions and keep detailed notes in the planning pack.

Understand the boundaries

Apple provides iCloud and in-app purchases under its own terms. If you send a card through another app, that app handles delivery. The Daymark privacy policy explains storage, system surfaces, support correspondence and how to request help with your data.
