Choose the moment to share

A card can make a reunion, birthday or trip feel closer. Open the countdown and review its share preview. Keep the title clear enough for someone who does not have the rest of your plans in front of them.

Review exactly what the recipient will see

Open Share event card and inspect the title, date, image and optional caption or countdown number. The card excludes private notes, planning items, stored links and reminders. A screenshot you take yourself can expose different information, so inspect that separately.

A card does not keep counting after you send it

The exported result is an image, not a synchronized timer or editable group event. Send another card if you want an updated count. Tell people directly when the date moves. Delivery and viewing depend on the app you send it through.
