Set the countdown date

Use a start and end date for your visit. Early camping access, day tickets and weekend passes can begin on different dates. Check the dates on your pass before using the public festival headline as your personal countdown target.

Preparation checklist

Choose the tasks you need and add anything specific to your plans.

  • Confirm which days and entry areas your pass includes.
  • Read the current camping and prohibited-item rules.
  • Arrange transport and agree on the return plan.
  • Pack for the conditions and facilities the organizer actually provides.
  • Save the ticket and organizer's program link.
  • Choose a meeting point that does not depend on mobile reception.

Check the festival's latest updates

Review the organizer's updates before departure and during the event. Set times and access arrangements can change. Daymark can keep a packing list and useful links together, but it does not replace the organizer's program or emergency information.

Use your pass dates, not only the festival headline

A weekend pass, early camping entry and a day ticket can start on different days. Enter your own arrival and enable an end date for departure. Add the organizer's schedule link to Reservations & links. Check that the countdown title describes your visit.

Prepare for a visit that lasts several days

Split tent or overnight items from actions such as downloading the ticket. Add packing items in the planning pack. Keep a separate task for checking access instructions. Do not copy provisional set times into the countdown as confirmed bookings.

Create your festival countdown

Add your festival arrival and departure dates. Keep camping gear, entry links, and transport plans in one place.
