Separate the saved mark from the system widget
iOS manages widget refresh. Record the widget's surface and size before trying changes. Keep the countdown intact.
- Open Daymark and confirm the full target is correct.
- Return to the relevant Home Screen, Lock Screen or StandBy view.
- For a configurable widget, open Edit Widget and check the selected countdown.
- If it remains stale, remove only that widget and add it through the same surface's picker.
- Open Daymark again and compare both values.
- Record the app and iOS versions if a persistent mismatch remains.
How iPhone widget refresh works
iOS controls widget refresh timing. A widget can update less often than an open countdown. If the wrong date persists, report the app and widget values to support.
If re-adding the widget does not help
Remove and re-add the widget if setup checks do not help. Keep the saved countdown and photo. Describe the affected screen and crop private titles out of support screenshots.
A wrong event and a stale count need different fixes
A widget pinned to a different countdown needs configuration. A correct title with an older number suggests a refresh issue. A wrong date inside the app needs an edit. Record which case you see instead of repeatedly recreating marks.
