Check the event toggle and global permission
A timed mark is eligible during its final 24 hours or while the event is in progress. A longer date-only wait belongs on a widget instead.
- Open the countdown editor and confirm Include a target time is enabled with the correct date and zone.
- Turn on Show this mark as a Live Activity for that mark.
- In Daymark Settings, check Allow Live Activities.
- Review Daymark's Live Activity permission in iPhone Settings if the system exposes it.
- Check the final-24-hour window or the event's in-progress span.
- Inspect the Lock Screen separately from Dynamic Island, then record any missing surface.
Keep official schedule alerts alongside Daymark
Do not move the event merely to force a Live Activity test. Keep important travel or venue alerts in the official provider app. Daymark does not fetch schedule changes and does not guarantee that a visible activity means the original booking is still current.
An enabled toggle is not proof of an active system surface
iOS controls the lifecycle and a user can dismiss the activity. Dynamic Island requires a supporting iPhone model. The Lock Screen and Dynamic Island are not interchangeable tests. Keep the real target unchanged while investigating.
