Find which part of the record has arrived

Preserve the image on the original device. Do not delete and recreate the mark while diagnosing sync.

  1. Open the same mark on both devices and compare Title and Target date.
  2. Check the intended Apple Account, iCloud availability and network.
  3. Inspect Settings, iCloud & data, and the iCloud sync status.
  4. Check the full app screen on the device that has the original image.
  5. Distinguish a missing image from a different widget crop.
  6. Record which fields are current and any visible sync failure.

A missing photo and a different crop

Check the countdown's photo in the iPhone or iPad app. If it is present, review the widget's layout and crop. Apple Watch does not display the background photo.

If the photo still has not arrived

Allow time for first-time sync and keep the original image. If it stays missing, send cropped screenshots and device versions to support. You do not need to send a full data archive.

The Watch is not a photo-sync comparison

Daymark's Watch snapshot excludes the background photo. Compare photos on iPhone or iPad instead. A correctly synced image can also appear cropped differently in a widget. A crop mismatch does not establish lost photo data.
