Compare phone, Watch app and complication
Keep the paired devices nearby and connected. Do not edit a correct iPhone date to match an old watch-face snapshot.
- Open Daymark on iPhone and inspect the saved target.
- Confirm the Watch companion is installed and watchOS is supported.
- Open Daymark on the Watch while the connection is available.
- Compare the Watch app with the watch-face complication.
- If only the complication differs, inspect its selected Daymark option or supported slot.
- Record all three values and both device versions if the mismatch remains.
If the Watch app and complication stay old
If the Watch app and complication both stay old, record the iPhone, Watch, and app versions. Contact support with the differing values. Keep the Watch paired and your countdown data intact.
When only the watch face is out of date
If the Watch app is current but the complication is old, check the watch face separately. Complications use their own refresh timing. Keep the saved countdown and device pairing while investigating.
