Check saved reminders, permissions and Quiet hours
Record the expected reminder time. A changed target, disabled permission and deferred notification are different explanations.
- Open the mark's editor and confirm the reminder remains selected under Reminders.
- Check the target date, any target time and the event zone.
- Open Daymark Settings and review Quiet hours and their resume time.
- In iPhone Settings, inspect Notifications for Daymark.
- Review relevant Focus and Scheduled Summary settings.
- Record the expected moment, device availability and actual result if support is needed.
The reminder must match the current plan
If you move the event, review its reminder as well. A useful lead time for the old date may no longer help. A powered-off or unavailable device can also affect delivery, so include that context rather than assuming the app was open throughout.
If you need a critical alarm
Use Clock or an official reminder for a critical alarm or deadline. Contact Daymark support with the relevant times and settings. Leave out private notes, passwords, and payment details.
Quiet hours can deliberately defer the reminder
When the reminder falls within Daymark's quiet period, it waits until the resume time. A notification visible later can therefore reflect the saved setting. Review the reminder after changing an event. Use a separate system alarm for anything that cannot be missed.
