A small, readable reminder

Lock Screen widgets have less space than Home Screen widgets. Use a clear event title and choose the available shape that fits your layout. Keep the date useful at a glance rather than relying on a detailed photo.

Add the view where you want to see it

Create the mark first. Open iPhone Lock Screen customization, find Daymark in Add Widgets, and choose a supported shape. Review the title on the locked screen. Keep sensitive details in the planning pack instead of a title visible to people nearby.

A widget and a Live Activity do different jobs

A compact Lock Screen widget suits the longer wait. An eligible timed mark can use a Live Activity in its final 24 hours or while in progress. Dynamic Island depends on the iPhone model. A Lock Screen widget does not require Dynamic Island.

Check what other people can see

A title on your Lock Screen may be visible to someone looking at your phone. Use a short, neutral title for private plans. Edit your Lock Screen through Apple's customization controls, then choose Daymark from the widget picker.
