Restore through Settings under Plan

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. An expired yearly subscription and a lifetime purchase have different access conditions.

  1. Check the purchase or subscription record for the intended Apple Account.
  2. Open Daymark Settings.
  3. Under Plan, choose Restore purchases.
  4. Let the store request finish and read any result or error.
  5. Check whether Unlimited marks are now available.
  6. If not, contact support with the product, approximate purchase date and error text.

Restore the purchase you already made

A yearly subscription and lifetime purchase are different records. An expired subscription does not become lifetime access through restoration. Do not make another purchase merely to test whether the first one exists. Apple provides the authoritative purchase and subscription record.

If Unlimited access is missing

Record any error and whether the store request completed. Support needs the product name, approximate date and app version, not your Apple password or card number. The correct Apple Account and current purchase status are the first checks.

When restoration cannot produce access

Restoration cannot turn an expired or canceled access period into lifetime access. It cannot find a purchase under another Apple Account. Do not buy again merely to test the record. Apple's purchase history is the source for the transaction.
